Vadlo Delete your Vadlo account
In the app
- Open Vadlo and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
If you are your family's admin, hand over admin access to another member first (Settings → Hand over admin access), unless you are the only member left.
Only want to change families? Use Leave this family in Settings instead. Your account stays.
If you cannot open the app
Email us from the address you sign in with, and we will delete your account and the information you gave us within a reasonable time.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, name, email address and phone number.
- Your admin seat and any requests of yours that were still waiting.
- Your name on approval and activity records.
What stays
The family tree belongs to your family, so the people already in it stay for the other members, but are no longer linked to your account. To have a person removed from the tree, a family admin can delete them in the app, or you can write to us at the address above.
